New arrangements apply to the loading of horses into the stalls in France. For a trial period until December 31st, any requests to be loaded last must be made at least 48 hours before the deadline for the declarations to run, (ie normally at least 5 days prior to the race), if the horse is to retain its allocated stalls position. Any requests made on the day of the race will result in the horse being loaded in an otherwise spare stall, on the outside). Requests must be made by fax to 00 33 1 46 20 29 87 and must be accompanied by a certificate from an Official Starter which supports the request on he grounds of the horse’s previous behaviour.
