●      Future Ticketing’s multiple language capability powers international growth

●      Multi-year deals with Lion d’Angers, Société des Courses d'Hyères and Craon

Future Ticketing has expanded its international footprint by entering the French horse racing market by a partnership with Fédération Nationale des Courses Hippiques.

Utilising its ability to operate across multiple languages, the digital ticketing software provider has partnered with Lion d’Angers in Maine & Loire, Société des Courses d'Hyères on the Cote d’Azur and Craon in western France.

An equine industry leader in Britain and Ireland with a growing presence in the United States and Australia, Future Ticketing is now bringing its experience in managing digital transformation to French racecourses.

This year the racecourse in Hyerès, a popular destination for holidaymakers, hosted 19 meetings at its coastal track between February and October.

Lion d’Angers is a classic country venue for flat and jump racing and is home to the world’s longest steeplechase, the Anjou-Maine Challenge over 7,500m.

Craon is one of the leading provincial racecourses in the west of France, with a fixture list of seven dates from June to December, including ‘les Trois Glorieuses’, three days of top flight mixed racing in early September.

It attracted runners from Ireland this year, and success for Aidan O'Brien and Coolmore in a listed race, along with small trainer James Griffin, who won the feature cross country steeplechase. All three French venues are now following in the footsteps of 70 other Future Ticketing horse racing partners by gaining insights into customer demographics, travel behaviours, and purchasing trends.

Elena Belmonte, event manager, Société des Courses d’Hyères said: “We appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness offered by Future Ticketing. When our website went down, Peter quickly stepped in and provided us with a solution to keep the sale online.”

Future Ticketing customised buying journey and customer touch points were translated into French to seamlessly integrate the ticketing system into the track's websites. They also trained venue teams to manage their events and provided ongoing support. Additionally, the dashboard can be translated into over 100 languages, allowing clients worldwide to use the solution efficiently.

Peter McNeile, international sales director, Future Ticketing said: “By embracing a collaborative approach, Future Ticketing ensures continuous feedback, helping all stakeholders meet their objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Future Ticketing has unrivalled experience in the provision of cutting-edge ticketing technology to racecourses across the globe and our company’s ability to localise and customise our systems has enabled us to work with our new partners at Hyères, Craon and Lion d’Angers.”

This article https://citylineairconditioning.com/ explains industry changes in a very accessible way. It’s interesting to see how technology is shaping traditional spaces. I saw a similar market update on a citylineairconditioning review blog (citylineairconditioning), and this adds valuable context.
