The British Horseracing Authority delivered the latest EMHF Seminar on September 21st and 22nd, in London and at Kempton Park Racecourse. Brant Dunshea, BHA Chief Regulatory Officer and Cathy O'Meara, Head of Racing Officials, led the event, which was attended by 12 delegates, from Channel Islands, Denmark, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Libya, Poland and Spain.
The seminar covered sampling policy (for both raceday and out-of-competition testing), sampling procedures, laboratory practices, the role of the Investigating Officer and prosecution of cases.
